Who is FastFind?
FastFind is a division of Bankrate, Inc. a public company headquartered in New York, NY that has been operating for over 30 years.  The FastFind division is located in the San Francisco financial district and has been matching consumers with high quality mortgage, personal finance and education providers for over 3 years.

What do you do with my information?
Once you have entered your information, our technology searches our database for lenders that can help you with your unique requirements.  We match you to up to four lenders and instantly pass your information directly to them. These lenders will contact you to discuss your mortgage options directly.  If you have provided us with your email, we may get back in touch with you to see how your application is processing or to enquire whether you are interested in any other FastFind products.

Are You a Lender?
No, we are not lenders but we work with an extensive network of qualified lenders and brokers who offer rates and services that fit your specific needs.

How is FastFind different?
FastFind matches your information in real time to lenders who offer solutions to meet your needs!  We are powered by technology that allows you to know exactly which companies will be given your details, so you maintain full awareness of who is contacting you.  Because we are a division of a public company, we maintain strict codes of practice about how your information is used.

Are the lenders you match me with the only ones who will call me?
Your information is only passed on to the lenders listed.  If you have sought quotes from several different sites, you can expect more than four calls, but FastFind will never pass on your information to more than four lenders or brokers.

I didn’t get matched, what should I do?
Check your information was right and try again.  If you didn’t match the first time, double check that important information like phone number, zip and address are correct.  Also check to see that you entered property value, loan amount and income values accurately.  If you are certain there are no errors in your information, try again tomorrow.  Our Lenders are constantly changing the products and services they offer, and they may have newly listed something that fits your needs.

What if I am on the Do Not Call List?
We’ll gladly fulfill your mortgage request using the contact information you’ve provided. By requesting information and including your phone number, you’ve asked to be contacted.
